Automatic filling machines are usually used to fill products and are commonly used machinery and equipment in industrial production. The company has developed a set of process rules for the operation of the filling machine. Only when the filling machine is operated correctly, it can be produced safely.
1. Operation methods:
a. Check before use: Before starting the machine, make sure that the power supply voltage of the filling machine is normal. Whether the machine's grounding wire PE is normal. Confirm that the air pressure of the filling machine is 0.5-0.8 Mpa. check whether the motors, bearings, etc. need to add lubricating oil. It is strictly forbidden to run without oil, and the machine should be started only after it is normal. At the same time, observe whether there are materials in each storage device. Whether the chain plate is stuck and whether there is debris on the conveyor belt. Whether the fasteners of each part are loose. After the operation of each part is stable, it can be used normally.
b. Check whether the safety facilities are in normal operation. Check all connecting cables related to the filling machine to make sure that the cables are not broken, short-circuited and otherwise faulty.
c. Check carefully before starting the machine. When all conditions are ready, turn on the main power QF, the power indicator light is on, the fault indicator light and emergency stop indicator light are not on, then the start condition is satisfied, press the start button on the control box, after the buzzer gives three warnings, the whole machine starts to run and enters the automatic working mode of filling. When the machine stops, press the stop button on the control box. After stopping the machine, the main power should be turned off.
2. Safety rules for use:
a. No foreign objects (such as tools, rags, etc.) inside the filling machine equipment.
b. People with long hair should wear hair cover.
c. All protective items should be safe and reliable. It is strictly forbidden to wear clothes that may be caught by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.).
d. Abnormal noise is not allowed in the filling machine. If there is, it should be stopped immediately and the cause should be checked.
e. Do not use water and other liquids to clean the electrical device.
f. Wear work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. when cleaning to prevent corrosion by strong acid and alkali.
g. When the machine is running, someone must monitor it and do not approach it with tools or other objects.
h. Do not allow people who are not related to the operation to approach the equipment.
3. Maintenance and care:
a. Regular inspection and maintenance: Pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed control valves and electrical parts should be inspected once a month. Inspection method can be manually adjusted to check the quality and reliability of the action. The cylinder is mainly inspected for air leakage and jamming. Solenoid valve can be manually forced to act to determine whether the solenoid valve coil is burned out and whether the valve is blocked. The electrical part can be checked by comparing the input and output signals and verifying with indicator lights, such as checking whether the switch components are damaged, whether the line is broken, and whether each output component is working normally.
b. Notes for daily maintenance: whether the motor is running normally, whether the installation environment is normal, whether the cooling system is normal, whether there is abnormal vibration, abnormal sound, and whether there is abnormal overheating or discoloration.
4. Matters requiring attention:
a. The motor and chassis must be grounded, and the neutral and ground wires must be separated.
b. The power line of the machine must be introduced through the earth leakage protection switch.
c. The three pneumatic parts need special pneumatic lubricant to prolong the service life of the cylinder.
d. Water pump is strictly prohibited to work without water.
5. Equipment cleaning requirements:
a. Clean the nozzles, pipes, conveyors and water tanks of the filling machine equipment before and after work every day.
b. Weekly cleaning and disinfection of the filling equipment and each pipeline with disinfection water and then cleaning the equipment with process ionized water.
c. Operators should record and keep the disinfection and cleaning process.
