In addition, there is vacuum suction filling, the most typical is the filling of beer and carbonated drinks, because there are a large number of bubbles in it, the filling head must be attached to the bottom of the bottle, in the bottle with the rise of the liquid level. Filling with negative pressure effectively prevents the creation of air bubbles, thus enabling more accurate dosing.
However, filling causes corrosion of the equipment when considering the liquid and other reasons. Every direct contact part with raw materials should be made of 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. When steel is not available, sanitary non-metallic materials (engineering plastics) can be chosen. Minimize contamination.
