Product Features:
1. This filling machine has accurate measurement, no bubble and no leakage. It can be suitable for filling design of 50-1000ml bottles. Various shapes of containers can be filled effectively in this machine. Imported gas filling valve is selected to ensure no leakage and pulling during the filling process.
2. This machine is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC) and operated by touch screen. It has the characteristics of easy adjustment and wide application range.
3. This machine adopts advanced electromechanical integration technology. To change any filling specification, you only need to modify the parameters on the touch screen. It can make a big overall adjustment for filling of 12 heads at the same time, and it can also make a single fine adjustment for the filling volume of each head.
4. The application of touch screen technology makes the operation of the machine more reliable and convenient, and the human-machine interface more friendly. Photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, etc. are imported advanced sensors, so that no bottle is not filled, blocking the bottle host automatic stop and alarm.
5. Filling method is lifting type, choose different materials of seals to meet the requirements of different characteristics of materials.
6. The whole machine is made according to GMP standard. All pipes are connected in a quick way, which is easy to disassemble and clean.
