The machine has the functions of automatic tube management, robotic tube clamping into the main machine, automatic tube detection (filling with tube, not filling without tube), servo motor-driven quantitative filling (accurate filling volume and adjustable measurement), and automatic sealing. Compared with similar filling machines, this machine has the characteristics of stable operation, low noise, high output and easy maintenance. With the continuous deepening of process technology by our technicians, the machine can well adapt to the fully automatic operation of various small dose filling. Product Features:
1. Variable frequency electromagnetic vibration to sort out bottles or tubes.
2. Four heads filling at the same time, fast speed and high production efficiency.
3. High precision micro syringe pump is used for filling. The filling volume of each filling pump can be adjusted individually on the touch screen, which is convenient and fast.
4. The filling head is driven by servo motor, which can be adjusted easily with the filling pump action.
5. The tube loading and tube discharging are done by robot, each structure can be controlled separately to improve reliability.
