Automatic high-speed bottle sorter is suitable for automatic sorting of plastic bottles instead of manual operation. It is an automatic bottle sorting equipment integrated with machine, electricity and gas, which can be used with automatic filling machine, automatic capping machine, automatic sealing machine, automatic labeling machine, etc. The conveying speed of bottles can reach 10~200 bottles/min. The equipment is driven by the lifting mechanism to deliver the bottles to the bottle cylinder; the turntable in the bottle cylinder is driven by the transmission mechanism to rotate, and the bottles in the bottle cylinder fall into the turntable groove under the action of centrifugal force; the bottles in the turntable groove are driven by the rotating turntable and enter the bottle delivery mechanism through the bottle row plate; the bottles are pulled apart under the clamping of the synchronous wheel, and the bottle mouth is turned over by the hook bottle lever during the bottle delivery process.
