Overview:
Vertical automatic opening, packing and sealing machine is a new type of mechanical and electrical integration automatic packing equipment developed by our company combining advanced technology at home and abroad. The machine integrates automatic palletizing system, unpacking system, packing system and sealing system in one, with automatic placing mechanism of upper and lower partition and automatic placing mechanism of certificate; the machine adopts PLC + human-machine interface operating system, and the packing action is completed by servo driving mechanism. This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of various specifications of products, and can be used alone or linked with front-end and back-end packaging machines to complete an intelligent packaging line.
This machine can automatically palletize or arrange products of various specifications according to the requirements of the number of products to be packed. After the palletizing is completed, the packaged products are loaded into the packing box through the coordinate clamp (or suction cup) system, and after the packing is completed, it automatically enters the sealing mechanism to seal the box.
The machine has the features of high automation, simple operation and small floor space. -
