This equipment adopts side seal design, the side seal knife can seal continuously, the length of the packaged products is not limited. The height of side seal and cross seal can be adjusted up and down, and the sealing line can be adjusted to the center according to the height of the package, which makes the product packaging more beautiful. Product features:
1. With PLC programmable controller and touch screen control, all kinds of settings and operations can be easily done on the touch screen; meanwhile, all kinds of product data can be stored in advance. When using, you only need to call out the parameters from the touch screen.
2. Adopt frequency converter to control the motors of feeding conveying, discharging side seal conveying, film releasing conveying and film collecting conveying; adopt servo motor to control the transverse sealing and cutting knife to ensure accurate sealing and cutting positioning and beautiful sealing and cutting lines. All the equipment can be frequency-controlled, and the packing speed can reach 10~60 bags/min.
3. The sealing and cutting knife adopts Teflon anti-adhesive coating, so the sealing will not crack or scorch; the sealing and cutting knife has automatic protection function, which can prevent mis-cut packaging.
4. Equipped with imported detecting photoelectricity, one set for horizontal detection and one set for vertical detection, which can be switched to pack thinner and smaller items.
5. The height of film guide device and feeding conveyor platform can be adjusted so that products of different width and height can be packed without changing the mold.
6. The shrinking machine adopts down-heat multi-directional circulating air for shrinking, and is equipped with double frequency conversion speed control device, which can adjust the blowing volume and conveying speed at will. Adopting roller conveyor belt, the roller is covered with high temperature resistant silicon rubber tube, and each roller can rotate freely to achieve the best shrinkage effect.
7. The packaged products have sealing function, which is specially designed for packing small products. -
