Overview:
High-speed continuous cartoning machine is suitable for cartoning and packaging of pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic plates, medicine bottles, cosmetics and similar items. The machine operates stably and reliably, and different specifications of cartons can be easily changed and adjusted. It can automatically complete the functions of folding instructions, opening cartons, putting products and instructions into cartons, printing batch numbers, sealing cartons, and automatic carton output. A series of automatic protection devices are configured to ensure the safety and effective operation of the machine. It adopts imported servo motor drive to realize intelligent integration and high-speed operation.

1. Adopt rear pusher structure and optimize ergonomic design to make the operation more convenient.

3. Extended carton bin can hold about 1500 cartons.
4. R&D designed high speed planetary discs swing back and forth synchronously to accurately place materials into the carton conveying chain plate.
6. Equipped with 4 high-speed rotating suction heads to draw, open and release cartons into the conveying chain plate.
7. Adopt balcony structure, easy to clean; the transmission area is closed at the back of the machine, and the working areas are isolated from each other to avoid cross contamination. -
