Product Features:
1. At present, domestic manufacturers use manual sleeve labeling for the same type of products. The problem of manual sleeve labeling is: the quality of sleeve labeling is unstable and the output is limited. The manual production speed: 10 pieces/minute, is already the limit. Therefore, the realization of mechanical automatic sleeve labeling for such products will solve the blank problem of sleeve labeling for such products in the current market.
2. The overall frame is mainly made of aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steel.
3. PLC, touch screen and electrical components are all imported brands for more stable control.
4. Adopt servo motor as synchronous belt conveying power, make the operation more stable and intelligent, and realize linkage with other servo motors
Cooperate with other servo motors to ensure the position accuracy of each work station.
5. This set of mechanism includes three sets of servo drive system: the first set is driven by servo motor to ensure the accurate position and length of the mark. The second set of rotary cutter is driven by servo motor, which can realize high speed precise start/stop and overload protection function. The third set is the same speed matching tracking function as the mold synchronous belt. -
