Overview:
This capping machine is an automatic capping machine specially designed for daily chemical, pharmaceutical, health care, food and other industries. It adopts star-disk structure, integrating bottle feeding, capping,, capping and bottle discharging in one, which can accurately position and seal the cap correctly for each bottle. During the capping process, there is no damage to bottles and caps, and it is suitable for all kinds of bottles and caps. The patented capping mechanism can ensure that each capping head will stop rotating automatically when the tightening force reaches a certain torque, and the torque of each capping head can be adjusted independently. The whole machine adopts PLC control and touch man-machine interface, which is convenient and intuitive to operate.

Product Features:
1. The whole machine is frequency-controlled, PLC-controlled, and the touch screen display is clear and easy to understand.
2. Constant torque capping head to ensure that the capping head stops rotating after the cap reaches the sealing requirement, which is suitable for products with high sealing requirement.
3. Imported photoelectric induction detection, suspend operation when the bottle is missing or blocked, and run automatically after recovery. Intelligent production can be realized.
4. Replaceable capping head, suitable for different requirements of locking and capping.
5. The structure is tight, and all the parts such as electrical control are sealed to prevent the material from affecting the service life of electrical components.
6. The filling part adopts embedded fastener structure, which is easy to disassemble, clean, use and maintain.
7. In the normal production process, there is no need for manned supervision, and is equipped with various automatic protection devices.
8. It is equipped with digital position display function, which reduces the difficulty of operation and avoids the loosening of screw cap caused by improper adjustment.
9. The housing of the machine body is made of stainless steel 304, which meets the requirements of GMP.
