Overview:
The oral liquid bottle cleaning, drying, filling and rolling linkage production line is composed of three single machines, namely, ultrasonic vertical cleaning machine, sterilization dryer and filling and capping machine. It is divided into three working areas, i.e. cleaning, drying and sterilizing, filling and capping. The equipment can be used for linkage production or as a single machine. The equipment is suitable for the production of 5~25ml oral liquid bottles; the linkage line can automatically complete several processes such as oral liquid bottle filling, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing circulating water, flushing clean water, blowing compressed air after drying and cleaning; preheating, high temperature sterilization, cooling, bottle management, filling and capping.

ProductFeatures:
1. The vertical bottle washing machine uses mechanical hand to clamp the bottle, which is suitable for all types of oral liquid bottles.
2. The bottle washing adopts the method of reciprocal tracking insertion of water jet needle, using the principle of ultrasonic cleaning and alternating water and air jets to achieve good cleaning effect and save energy; the equipment is equipped with needle holder anti-shaking device to ensure the accuracy of needle insertion, low bottle breakage rate and wide versatility.
3. The sterilization dryer is a whole tunnel type structure with far-infrared heating tube. The stainless steel heating tube has double heating temperature and good uniformity.
4. The filling and capping machine adopts stainless steel pump or ceramic pump servo motor driven filling, with accurate filling volume, defoaming and no leakage.
5. The equipment can realize no bottle without filling and no bottle without capping.
6. Adopt gentle capping design, low bottle breakage rate.
7. Imported electrical control is more stable, and the whole machine can be frequency conversion stepless speed adjustment.
8. It is suitable for large quantity orders and high speed production. -
